I think it is obviously scam. I have ordered one pair of earrings, got the confirmation instantly, few minutes after, they sent us updated order with two pairs without my knowing. I have been charged twice. I tried to contact them but no answer. Finally, the products arrived. The package was dusty and smelly, from the sender address it obviously came from China. The taps at the boxes were yellowish. The earrings setting isn’t professional and bulky, surely not from a jeweler but from a factory churning out toys and cheap goods. The gold plating and finishing aren’t at the wearing standards. With these prices I might rather buy zirconia.

I have lost faith in this company. Having ordered and paid for goods, no delivery of the goods or update from the company, in spite of writing to them repeatedly. No faith that I will ever receive the goods. Keeps wondering if I have been scammed

Never received an order from November 15th. Need my funds returned or another ring to replace it with.

Advertising promotes brilliant cuts. Earnings are very disappointing! No shine , grey in color! Would not suggest a purchase to anyone! Very disappointed, especially when bought as a Christmas gift!

It's very bad quality, I bought a rose gold plated ring about a month ago and it already turned silver after only wearing it a couple of times. Definitely not worth it.

The ring didn't come in the box! I was scared and devastated. I contacted the Sateur Customer and it seems there is another packet coming with the ring. You can ask me again in 4-5 days. Best regards
