I wish I could give this no stars. Do not buy from this company. After recieving the product I wanted to return for refund as the quality was very poor. They are refusing refund and trying to offer store credit instead. The website clearly states “ Try risk-free. Love it—or send it back. At Satéur, we believe brilliance should come without doubt. I still have not received order . Order number 57075 .

Almost immediately the gold started wearing off. Two days later and bottom of the ring is now silver. I reached out to Satéur, who advised it wasn't covered due to environmental factors. Part of their list in factors not covered was water. Then they wanted me to buy another Ring!! Don't buy from this company, this is a Scam!!

Disclaimer: If the item says “sale” you cannot return it. I find their return policy to be misleading as many customers have reported. The whole website is on sale and yet at the end of their policy it says no sale items can be returned. Otherwise I would’ve given them a better review however they should not have misleading promotions about easy returns because it is not true.

Still not here. Waiting for my ring since 09.12.

Ring is beautiful not as sparkly as real diamond, communication is good, craftsmanship is poor wore the ring twice side stone fell out company will not exchange or repair, offered me a $70.00 credit towards another purchase, no thanks. I’ve had the ring a little over a month very disappointed with Sateur :(

The nightmare before Christmas continues. Still nothing. A month, really? They aren't able to provide tracking just endless marketing emails and discounts on future orders. So, celebrations which werr postponed to New Year's from Christmas, after being assured I'd have the shipment in 3-5 days, will happen without a ring. This is such a competitive space. I encourage you to keep looking.

Very poor service. I ordered my product on 5th December 2025 and I paid $25 extra for express delivery. It supposed to arrive in between 6 to 8 days. Today it’s 29th of December 2025. Till now, they gave me a tracking number, which is not even working. They are scammers and they will waste your time. Keep your hard earned money safe. Never order from them.
