Easy website to use. I had no problem ordering my beautiful ring and customized it. I have to say, I wanted the LCD box to light up the stone and it was really awesome.

The progress towards the making the jewelry was updated regularly. The delivery of the product was on time and in the promised manner. The packaging, presentation and quality of packaging was top notch. The jewelry itself is with good finish and in agreement to the offered products. Happy with the experience 😊👍

UPDATE: The customer service is great and so is the product. After taking a lot longer than expected, got the ring. The wife loves it , even with all the shipping issues or whatever the problem was.....would buy again

what a great ring for the price. fits to size. the brilliance is better than some diamonds. the package it comes in shows that they are proud of their product. shipping wasn't too bad. a little long. but they walk you through the process. would highly recommend and but from again...kudos

It's perfect. From the packaging, the box, the light. The ring sparkles brilliantly like a true diamond. Needless to say, she was very happy. Shipping time was quick too, quicker than expected. Overall very satisfied.
