Satéur- the new diamond without the price tag!
Apart from the beautiful jewellery, Satéur's customer service is very good. I had ordered their gold band ring set, size 5.5 but had to exchange them for a size 5. I was able to exchange them. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to cover the postal charge both ways to receive my replacements (approx. £30 in total). I had said they should only send the replacements in the airtight boxes as I had kept the originals ones to save on the packaging, but no, they kindly resent them. The products are package beautifully. The items arrive in a separate airtight box, together with an orange box, that has a light in it as well as an outer box then a gift bag. The packaging is very rich looking. As well as the rings, I brought a pair of earrings for my friend's 50th. They are stunning, really sparkly and bright. She will absolutely love them. I was sad to see so many negative comments about the site. I think you should check out Satéur for yourselves before relying on these negative posts. Go check out the site, you will not be disappointed!
