My ring did not fit and I sent it back. I wanted a larger size. Your warehouse returned it to me, the same exact size. Now they say the tracking number is wrong. I went to the post office and the mail lady said it's correct. Now I'm stuck with a ring that doesn't fit.

Didn't receive my order yet. Ordered 12/5/23 it is now 12/30/23 I did send a email and got a tracking number keep checking it but package doesn't seem to move. Still waiting was going to be a Christmas gift but now that I looked like hell with out it if I ever received it it will be just a gift.

What did I like well that’s hard to say at this point since I don’t have any of my 2 separate orders for totally of 400$ roughly! So it’s a lot of money for a disabled veteran! And I have no idea where any of it is right now! That’s what I was told from the company that they don’t know what’s up with the 2 separate orders! And I’ve asked numerous times what’s up with the orders when they should have been here already! The only reason. I’m doing this review is for the chance to win the free jewelry they are offering! I’m basing the 3 star on the fact that it’s suppose to be beautiful ring’s and very wonderful all tho I haven’t seen it with my own eyes since they both should be here already and they tell me they don’t know where my 2 orders are right now! I don’t like given bad reviews but at this point I’m considering refusing delivery at this point bc of how I’ve been treated! I wouldn’t treat anyone how I’ve been treated when they just spent that kind of money and STILL DONT KNOW WHERE THE RINGS ARE? If it was me I would be contacting the customer and apologizing and offering another item for free for all the issues that have happened and still don’t know where my orders are! I ordered another set of rings before getting my 1st one based off reviews they had, MY BAD APPARENTLY! I’ll update if I refuse delivery which will most likely happen since I’ve gotten no RESPECT FROM THE COMPANY CONCERNING THE SERIOUS PROBLEM OF NOT KNOWING WHERE 400$ orders are? And 1 last point they should have already been delivered and I got an email saying one was but IT WAS NOT DELIVERED, I’m not sure which point scares me more!

Received my ring within a month, a bit tight for a size 5. I have many cubic rings in 5 and this one is the exception, maybe cause the band is a bit thicker. It’s a beautiful ring but the problem with it is after about a month it’s started to show wear on the top surface. Like glass scratches all the way around the top like a ring . Their 30 day guarantee is probably just to get them passed that period cause right around that point it started scratching and looking cheap. I paid $237 Canadian for this ring and I’ve bought another for $80 locally that I’ve had for 10 years and still looks perfect! Also they failed to mention the $169 advertised price is actually USD.
