This was my 3rd order with Sateur. I have been very pleased with the quality of their products. This time around it took a long time for its delivery. Having said that, they were very good about responding to my several emails. I finally got my ring, and like it very much. My advice is to be patient when ordering, but do follow up if you have any questions regarding your order.

The four pair of earrings I received are very beautiful; the only thing I las worried about is that they took too long to arrived. I suggest, with respect, to look for a better carrier.

The material is beautiful and the craftsmanship is very good. Love rhe stones! Unfortunately i‘ve ordered a slightly to large ring - my fault. But honestly as a person caring about the environment i do not need (or want) that much of packaging; E.g. don’t need that box with a light. I would like to suggest that this extra packaging should be a free of charge option of choice (i understand if it should be a present).

Jewelry is beautiful, however I paid for express shipping and did not receive it. Instead of a refund for this error I received a $30 credit toward my next purchase. Merchandise 5 stars but poor compensation for something I purchased and did not receive.

I ordered a pair of the one carat earrings for my wife for Christmas. The first time she wore them, a friend said “they are beautiful, my husband bought me a pair of one carat diamond earrings also”. She couldn’t tell any difference from hers to my wife’s. My wife simply accepted the compliment and moved on.

Nice piece, I had contemplated for quite some time but finally pulled the trigger. The packaging is great and wife is happy.

I wanted to propose to my Mrs, by total surprise, and offer her a selection on the day, and which ever she liked, we'd go get a "real" one on our return. The problem was, we travel a lot, and I didn't need to be travelling with $100s of Ks of 2+ carat stone rings (imagine the customs implications!) So I bought a bunch of these... And proposed. Well, it's been over a year, and she's been happy enough that we've never gotten around to getting her a real one, and we've locked our real jewellery very deep in our vaults, and travel with the Sateur ones (lols ~ having had heirloom pieces go missing in hotels and luggage in strange parts of the world, it's not something we want to try again). So we travel with Sateur now. We need a new piece, they deliver it anywhere. We have the luxury of being wealthy enough to never be questioned on its authenticity. I've never liked the Diamond cartels, and get a malicious sense of delight when other women admire her jewellery, and think it's genuine African child labour derived sparkle (we own land in Africa, but no slaves in our supply chains, cobolt aside, sigh) .... when at least the jewellery is all-clear on the conscience/guilt front.
