I got a ring from sateur and while I love it the stone is loose. I haven't even worn it yet. They told me to bring it to a jeweler to have it repaired. I got stud earrings and the posts are bending. The only item that seems solid is my pendant necklace.

Out of 5 separate orders, two have/had "shipping/customs problems. Many emails were exchanged to get them to me. Your order page still shows that all I have ordered/received as "in progress." No complaints about the products. Your shipping sucks. BIG BIG MINUS for you.

Not a fraud. The package takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Yes it comes from China and yes it is cheap. It does not look like a real diamond ring but if you are on a low budget it does the trick. I was a bit disappointed, however it’s totally on me. You can’t expect more for such a low cost.
