I have to say I believed the advertisement and was trapped into buying a pair of Satéur Destinée Earrings™. Very disappointed. The stones are not as shiny as advertised. The over packaging is not environmentally friendly and finally makes the earrings look tacky. I almost bought 2 other pairs for my daughters and decided to wait to see a pair first. Will not buy again.

Heating is advertised as top quality. It takes a long time to arrive although updates are given ‘your ring is being polished’ our craftsmen are organising your stone etc etc. however when it arrived the ring was badly made cheap looking and tacky - it seems obvious these maybe Chinese which you could have purchased from AliExpress for £10 the quality was poor. Logistics envelope also suggests it’s maybe from China. Would definitely not recommend - it is hyped up AI advertising so typical of Instagram.

I would like to return these earrings and get two smaller ones however, the last time I ask, I was not updated on how I could return them.

It's been weeks and I still haven't received my order. I even selected the express delivery option at the time. I feel extremely disappointed.

Website glitched and charged me for warranty - would not refund that part even though messaged them within 5 min. Also long wait time for shipping and delivery.

I haven’t even received my ring and yet I’m getting emails for a review. Did my item get lost?

Very "lengthy and time consuming"return or exchange process, in their own words. Really dulls the experience.

Unfortunately I am not happy with my ring , the stone is extremely loose. I waited for ever to get it in moissanite. And I just ain't happy with it.
