I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. I ordered a ring from this company in early November and a confirmation email stated my product would be delivered on Nov 28 with no tracking number or courier information which I thought was odd but didnt think much about it. I received update emails throughout the process letting me know what stage the product was in. On day 12 I received an entail stating my item had been shipped and another one later stating my product was nearing my destination. By November 28th, I hadn’t received my product and attempted to reach out for clarification and simply to Ask for a tracking number so I could check My progress. There is no phone number, only an email . I emailed asking for a tracking number and was told they didn’t know but they would look into it. After several days, I hadn’t heard back so I Emailed again and was given a bunch of excuses about why the product was t here and they couldn’t locate the tracking number. At this point I asked for a full refund or my product to be overnight delivered at their expense. I received another email 2 days later requesting my patience because they were looking into it. And they valued me as a customer. They asked me to give them yet another week to locate the product….(a product that I now now is never going to be delivered and does t even exist) still not able to simply provide a tracking number or courier information. Remember, they emailed me earlier telling me the product had shipped and was beating my doorstep. I was also assured in writing that if my product has not arrived by today, they would refund my money. They haven’t and they likely will not. I’ve also received emails asking fir my help in giving a review and they say” we hope you are enjoying your product.” I’m one email they ask if I’m enjoying the product but in another can’t locate the tracking number. Stay away from This company. I can’t even rate the product because I never received it. You’d be better served lighting cash on fire and watching it burn because at least then, you’d have something to look at for a minute. This is not a real company. They use fake Facebook profiles to review their products online. Stay away.

I bought a ring a year ago, returned it, paid the postage myself, and was told they would refund me. I am still waiting a year later. They refuse to answer my emails. This company is a SCAM. Do NOT buy their products.

They are not really helpful with my concerns! They are not helping me return an item! A duplicate item!

Extremely slow production, long procession and shipping. Customer service is also not prompt or helpful. Seems like a good choice if you have TWO MONTHS to wait for your order. I ordered a set for a wedding gift one month in advance and had to cancel because it did not arrive on time.

What a scam. I bought a ring, for fun. As I received it, I found it not only looked cheap and the band itself was for me, too thin. I wanted to return it, the same day I received it. Now 2023 I was told via email to write to Customer service and put 'Exchange and Return' as a heading and someone would get back to me. So they did the day after. I was told I coudn't get my money back, but could exchange it for a different ring. So I chose s different ring, that had a band of some substance but was costlier. However, I thought this must be straightforward. I even put on the order' "This purchase/this ring is as an exchange for the first order" Not only are they now refusing to use this purchase in exchange for a new ring. They said I would get a credit note for the first ring and use that in my next purchase!! THIS WAS MY NEXT PURCHASE, I said. You told me to choose a new ring, I said. No, they refuse to see it as my next purchase but keep insisting I keep my old ring, ( Which I do not want), and they give me a credit note for it to use in a different purchase. I am so upset, angry and hugely disappointed. Please remember they move the goalpost to suit themselves. Stay away. I am taking this to my lawyer. I have now spent almost £800 and money I really don't need to keep spending on jewelry I don't like. It is a huge scam. Their website shows "Money back guarantee, 100% satisfaction. Exchange for a new item. No hassle" It is far from. My lawyer said it could be a class action against the Company as so many have had the same experience. I am still waiting to see if they will exchange the ring. They just keep sending generic emails and repeat the same thing" Use the credit note for a next purchase"!! Terrible customer service. Horrible.

Ordered a ring for an important occasion. Left what I thought was a good buffer. Was given a range of dates to expect the product to arrive at my location. Received regular emails saying things like "It's Day 8, and your order is on track, and this is what is happening." We are now past the latest estimated date. Order has still not even shipped. I have been asking for a week for a realistic ETA and every message back is "Just keep waiting." Not getting any useful information from customer service. If I could just get a real ETA I could try to scrabble and make other plans. I still am hopeful that something will arrive, and I may have a different review when I get it. However, right now trying to get my order is extremely painful. Getting something as simple as a real update is impossible. If you are considering ordering from them, be warned that you will not likely get your product on time, and you will not receive useful updates. I do honestly hope that I receive my order, and it's amazing. But until then I can't recommend this company.
