I have ordered a ring before from this company and this is my second time purchasing a ring. This time my ring came with damage which was surprising. It was missing a stone

Delivery took a little bit longer than expected, but the ring is beautiful! However, it was made in the wrong size. What can we do about this? Do I take it to a jeweler to get sized larger? Please help!! Thank you!

Took a while for delivery Doesn't look as sparkly as I was expecting unless the sun or a light is shining on it

Quality of polish not satisfactory. The shine and sparkle is OK if viewed at an angle but not so good if viewed vertically from the top.

Shipment was late amid the fact that Express delivery was paid for. Also for the philippines, do not use Philpost because they ask for separate delivery payment.

Del 15 de abril al 27 de mayo. 44 días se tardó en llegar el anillo. Motivo? No lo sé, en algún momento intercambiaron el anillo original por uno de otra marca y tuve que reclamar una cancelación. Como se resolvió? Pues levante un par de tickets, me pidieron fotografías y después de la investigación me enviaron el anillo correcto junto con unas gift card por $200 dls (comprando cierta cantidad claro). Me gustaría mejor una guía pagada para enviarles de regreso su error y no tener que pagar yo el envío. En cuanto al producto no tengo ninguna queja, ya había comprado anteriormente un anillo y se que están fabricados con muy buena calidad. Son anillos atractivos en un precio justo, buenos materiales que consiguen elevar su calidad por encima de bisutería barata. Si mejoraran su proceso de envío y tuvieran un servicio al cliente especial para el mercado latinoamericano tendrían mejor calificación. Recomiendo comprar? Si, lo que me sucedió es algo que le puede pasar a cualquier compañía pero estoy seguro que Sateur ha aprendido de los errores y va a mejorar cada vez mas. Recomiendo, si, vale la espera después de todo.

Even though my order was received 3 days later then I was informed - I was disappointed in the setting. I was very surprised that the gems sat on a solid ban.

Images online are not really fairly representing the product received. I can't judge the stone, however the ring is not matching the image the stone has to create, thus all looking fake. Exchange is not an option, rather a store discount to purchase more, no thank you. Refund did not seem optional either. At the end it is a good "mock up" ring if you want to see how s real stone would fit, but I would be ashamed if my wife has to wear this as the "real thing"
