I have not been able to get my purchase delivered and t j e delivery company has been nonresponsive.

While the earrings I received weren’t that bad…. the stone was sparkly, but unfortunately, the setting was very cheap looking and made the entire product look fake, the return process is why I’m writing this review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY, BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. I I’M BEING ASKED TO PAY A $20 RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO A $10 CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY. I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY A CARRIER TO SHIP IT BACK OUT OF MY OWN POCKET SO MY ORIGINAL COST OF THE ITEM WAS $130. I’VE ALREADY LOST A $30 WITHOUT THE SHIPPING. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR $50 POTENTIALLY FOR A PAIR OF EARRINGS THAT I KNEW ON THE FIRST DAY I SAW THEM WOULDN’T BE SUITABLE AS A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER. Paid for express shipping. It took forever to arrive, well outside of the stated time. Ring showed up with fingerprints all over it and now the stone is loose. This company is a sham that has a great marketing team. Thouroughly dissapointed.

I have NOT received my order yet and have gotten zero tracking updates so I have NO idea when its coming. Very poor system and process. My wife's birthday is on Tuesday and she will most likely not have her gift that I ordered over 2 months ago.

Please don't sugar coat your product with updates like; the diamond is currently being set by a master jeweller, the diamond is undergoing polishing and etc, while it is already shipped from your supplier in China! Be honest and tell us it's sourced from China, and that's why it's priced as such!

Initial impression very satisfied. However soon after purchase and following care instructions the gold plating was completely discoloured and worn off.
