Apart from given the wrong tracking number, all communication great and my order came through without any problem. My necklace is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely love these earrings.

From start to finish I received regular updates and the finished product is amazing! Thank you, she will loovveee it!! 💖

Prompt n safe delivery. Their after sales support. I couldn't track one of my delivered orders. After a couple of mails, as a goodwill gesture, Sateur gave me a discount voucher for $60/-. I wrote to them when I located the delivery n apologized to them, but they still honored the discount voucher. This is what makes people become life long customers. I now recommend Sateur to all my friends n family.

My sister was over the moon, with her surprise 66th birthday present, absolutely stunning!

I was skeptical about this, but received the earrings that I ordered. The light up case makes them sparkle. Very happy with the look and quality. They said it would be 20 days to reach me and it was delivered on the 20th day!

Placing the PO was simple, thanks The update of the process of manufacturing the earings was positive. The Delivery time was great. The earings met the expectations of my wife, specially if you consider that my wife dislikes everything that shines. All around, great experiencie.

I ordered some earrings - I was so pleasantly surprised when the gorgeous package turned up I almost didn’t want to open it. The earrings are beautiful and I’ve key all the packaging - so luxurious. I will definitely be buying again from Sateur!
