After waiting for MONTHS to receive my $138 diamond, 2 carat necklace I couldn't believe my purchase. It was the worst piece of junk that I ever invested in!! The chain is so thin and flimsy that it will fall apart with one touch and the clasp is so tiny that I couldn't put it on or even SEE the attached clasp. Unbelievable rip-off. This jewelry should be sold at "The Dollar Store." I will not believe that the positive reviews of this jewelry store are authentic.....I think the reviews are placed by associates who are employed by Sateur, or relatives who are lying about the authenticity and excellence of their jewelry. Don't invest your hard-earned money in this inauthentic website....you will lose your money because they don't accept returns. I tried to cancel my order and then asked for a full refund of my $138. I was denied on both. So now I'm stuck with this piece of junk. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!

Do not buy. Looks like a gumball machine. Wrong size also sent. Won’t allow me to return for a refund. £190 completely wasted.

First of all there is no possibility to select the cookie preference. Or you are making it next to impossible to opt out or to restrict the possibilities. You are forcing me into all the coolie possibilities. I don't like that, I don't like to be tracked. I ordered from you and had the gift shipped to my fiend in another country. Yes, it arrived okay. But you shipped an empty box, looks like a ring box. The earrings I ordered however were in a separate small package like a plastic envelope. She opened the ring box and told me that it was empty, like in "Where is the ring?". Therefore the whole gift thing did not make a good impression and all impact was lost. I have not heard any comment from her regarding the earrings. That is all I can say at this time.

Now had an ongoing dispute with Sateur since June 2023. Read the guarantee terms carefully!!!! You have to apply for the guarantee as an extra at the time of purchase. Ring was in pieces when delivered and Sateur will not take it back. I have now had to open a ChargeBack dispute with them. Steer Clear of these people and spend your money wisely somewhere else.

Dear, I want to inform you that I received your ring yesterday, and I am deeply disappointed with it. This surprised me, as the previous one was truly exceptional, while this one seems like cheap merchandise from China. The ring is not uniformly round; there are visible dents and imprints, and its weight is very low. I am truly disappointed and saddened.

It has been a horrendous experience from start to finish, Its been 6 weeks of emails back and forth with no new information. A wedding package was ordered the 10th of November, understanding that my shipment would take 7 to 12 working days. I have had to pay duties on this package that is now lost. UPS are impossible to get in touch with and Satéur keep asking me to wait and only doing what I am going is checking the details on site and emailing me. Now I was told they would expedite another package for me and I have received no confirmation of that yet. UPS eventually told me the package is lost and that Satéur need to put in a claim. But Satéur still have not done this. So upsetting at the lack of a personal touch from UPS and Satéur. Bit this is the way of the w9rld now, I guess.

Haven't received earrings I ordered. Very upset as supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife.

I was told weeks ago that my item was en route. Turns out that was not the case. When I sent an email to get a shipping number to track my item I received an email.back saying they didn't my address again. Then got another saying they needed my Personal Identification number. I have ordered from you 3 times and every time it's more complicated. You would think that my info would be on file but for some reason they always need the same info over and over again. My email said I would get my ring by December 6th and it is now the 20th and I have still not received anything. I do believe this will be the last time I order from this site which is a shame because I love the jewelry.
