I'm very disappointed with my jewellery. It looks cheap and tacky

I bought an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner from them based on a review from The Editorialist, but it appears to be a circular reference. It is supposedly half price on their site, and is more expensive than actual ultrasonic cleaners that do a real job of cleaning. This machine vibrates but doesn't clean and fails the foil test. DO NOT BUY! They also will do everything possible to not give you a refund if you did make the mistake of purchasing from them. They are supposed to offer customer satisfaction and no-hassle returns, but it will be a hassle. They spend the whole time defending their product and creating impossible expectations of required proof that they will never accept. Instead, they will give you a discount on a future purchase. In other words, they will not only hang onto their money from you, but also want to profit from unhappy customers by encouraging you to lose more money to them. They are scam artists!

I bought a set of earrings that did not fit correctly. I asked for a full return, which had a small return charge. When I asked for a return label, they would not give me a label but offered a $60 gift card on a future purchase. I didn’t want that… I want to return! Then, when I said NO, they offered a second gift card, but that still means I’m suck with these garbage earrings and would be committed to buying from them again. I’m stuck and not happy

Even one star is too much for this unprofessional company. BEWARE they are scam artists. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding my order placed on May 24th with no success. Despite multiple emails, my concerns have been ignored. I was forced to pay £490.09 in incorrect customs duties due to an error on Satéur's part, and I demand an immediate refund. The customer service has been unprofessional and unhelpful, and I am deeply disappointed. Additionally, I have discovered that the addresses listed for Satéur's offices appear to be virtual spaces, raising serious doubts about the company's legitimacy. Moreover, the purported owner, Felix Francois, is a fabricated character, further eroding trust. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND BAD QUALITY

Read all the policies before purchasing! Returns are impossible. I ordered a necklace and a ring. The chain for the necklace is flimsy and looks cheap. The ring doesn’t fit properly. I can’t return either - no refund allowed. Very disappointed. Found better quality stuff on Etsy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Despite their claims of 30 day satisfaction guaranteed, they will not accept a return or offer a refund. My credit card company is now in a dispute with them.
