SatéurReviews of sateur.com

My box came empty with no ring I have emailed them with no response The order was over a week late from The window of dates they gave. I emailed them to get a tracking number and they never responded Would not buy from them and they do not respond to any communication.

Poor quality. Stone fell out after wearing twice. I sent a picture and requested refund, they Refused. They told me to post back and then would charge me $28 dollars to send another ring. Why would I purchase a ring of poor quality. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Second time I ordered. First experience was great. This time not great. The ring I received was too large. Requested an exchange. Sent pictures and multiple emails. They wanted me to go to a jewelry store to get my finger measured to prove my ring size; really?! Now customer service is ignoring me. Good luck. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, you’re out of luck.

The "30 Day No-Hassle, 100% Satisfaction-Guaranteed Refund Policy" is not really the case.... Sateur will not let me return the ring for a refund. Be aware that they say you HAVE TO email them the day of the purchase to be able to return the item. I have never worn it - it doesn't look right with my wedding and engagement ring. I email the day I received the ring, but because I ordered a 6 1/2 and it actually is a 6 1/2, they won't let me return for a refund. Be aware - once they have your money they will not give it back unless you go to a jeweler and prove the ring size is not what you ordered. Forget if you just don't like it... you are out of luck.

The company masters marketing. But that's all there is to it. The products are not what they promise. The necessary certificates are missing, the stamps are misleading, the claims are wild but in no way convincing. They work with voucher tricks of the cheapest kind. And recently with a "monthly subscription". If you want to pay too much for average products, this is the right place for you. The customer service is actually non-existent, as with so many of these "modern" providers with dazzling images and useless digital assistants. Sending something back fails simply because it is practically impossible to get a reliable return address. Just because it's orange doesn't mean it's Hermes. So to speak.

That company is scamming people with the ship offers, if you buy it , you won't be able return your item if you don't like it . Beside if the say that earring made from silver, there is no stamp of 925 and lab growing diamond should come with certificate of authenticity about cut, color, clarity and carat weight. there is nothing of that come with your order, and if you will try to return that , well good luck ... I have no idea who write a review of being satisfied with their service or product.... That is scam

“At Satéur, we believe in ethical beauty, using only conflict-free gems, and offering a 100% hassle-free return and exchange”….. nope! This has been a nightmare in trying to return this ring. This company will not give me a return address, because the package or ring not damaged. I don’t want it. This has been 100% hassle and I now have my bank involved to dispute this purchase. All I want to do is return this ring, minus a $19.00 restocking fee. They refuse!

Customer service is terrible, excuses after excuses for deliveries that never show up. I'm going to ask to cancel my order and ask for a refund.
