I'm giving Satéur one star because I can't write a review with ZERO stars. I order a Satéur Colorée Peacock Green Ring, Satéur Moissanite. When I received the ring it was underwhelming, did not sparkle like it did in their ads. So, I wrote back and I said I was not very happy with the product and I would please like my money back. NO WAY they wanted to hear that, the customer service rep jerked me around for weeks (15 mails to be exact). She asked me to send photos and tell her exactly what I didn't like about the ring, so I did. She then told me, in not so many words that it was my problem not theirs, after a few more emails she offer some store credit, I wrote back and said 'whey would I EVER buy product from you again???' They DO NOT honor their own return policy. Please don't purchase from this company!! Please don't jump in like I did, do your research before hitting BUY.

After 2 successful orders, unfortunately things turned bitter. According to them my third order was sent and lost in transit while I actually believe that it was never sent. After 5 weeks of unsuccessful emails asking for my refund and being told to be patient, I decided to open a chargeback with my bank . They even went to the extent of providing a false tracking number and saying that I received the item but fortunately I had emails to prove otherwise So overall , this company is great while there are no issues but if there are issues there is no way of getting your money back

Sateur is a total SCAM. Your illegal business practices are: - stealing from customers - ghosting return requests - ignoring notices of broken jewelry deliveries - lying to customers - lying on your website - posting fake policies - posting fake customer reviews All will be smeared across Instagram, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. It’s over Sateur!

I purchased the ring that look nice, but the band color was much darker than in the advertisement. So I reordered the same ring in a lighter color because their policy said 100% guarantee satisfaction. I sent pictures and explained that I wanted to do an exchange and to refund the ring I have. They would not do it, they made excuses, and their policy says they're willing to do exchanges. This is not a good customer service. If you plan on buying a ring there and don't like it, plan on keeping it because they won't do anything to return it. I am really upset with this because now I'm stuck with two rings. I was offered an upgrade which I did not want but I didn't have a choice. Whatever you buy, make sure you want it because you're not going to get a refund back even though their policy says 100% guarantee and want you satisfied. I am very upset with this company

I received my order. The ring was beautiful. After two wearings, five stones fell out. I expected to receive a replacement. Nope. They want the ring back to “see” it. I thought the photos were pretty clear. Never ordering from here again.

One month after ordering no package has arrived. No tracking information has been provided, even after requesting it. You would assume that tracking would be included with the shipping confirmation email given the value of what was ordered, but that's not the case here. Instead, they send you numerous advertising emails, sometimes multiple in a day teasing you with all kinds of coupon codes of other purchases you could make, but when it comes to the one you're actually waiting for I've gotten nothing but silence.

The earrings I received looked cheap and looked ridiculous on my ears. I emailed the company and asked for a refund but because I purchased them on sale they were only willing to give me store credit after paying for shipping to return the earrings and a $20 restocking fee. I don't want anything this company sells, it's all garbage you can buy on Amazon for a fourth of the cost. Please do not buy anything from here. It's a scam. Once they have your money you won't get it back.

I have bought from here a couple of times and have found customer service to be polite in correspondence but unhelpful if you are wanting to return an item if it unwanted, products are nice but I won't be buying from here again
