Well I am currently in dispute with Sateur! I bought a pair of earrings but when they arrived we weren’t happy with them. The settings were not as we expected and my wife did not like them. I have tried numerous times to ask for a refund but they are not agreeing to that even though I am completely in my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. When you buy anything from Sateur they offer Hassle-free returns. So far it has only been Hassle-rich!!! I live in hope that they will realise that this approach they are taking does not work with the UK consumer.

Poor shipping, literally took weeks and then got lost in transit. I had to be the one to reach out to the company they asked to confirm the address I did and have heard nothing. Spent hundreds of dollars for something that never arrived and now will have to dispute. Certainly makes me think they are coming from China as that’s where they have an office located. Buy elsewhere

Ordered and paid for earings on April 3, promised delivery date, May 3. Today is May 13 and no earings, no correspondence. I think this is a scam site.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I am really upset that the delivery of my order is taking so long that I am concerned this conpany Sateur is a scam despite all the good reviews online. I'm now well past the delivery window originally confirmed. My tracking is with a 3rd party dispatch company UniUni and I can only find bad reviews about them too. I was really excited to get my piece as it would be my engagement ring but now I'll have to look elsewhere.

I ordered a ring well in advance, with plenty of time for shipping. It was supposed to arrive by **January 17th**, but it didn’t show up before my trip on **January 27th**—which was the entire reason I bought it. After **weeks of delays** and getting **no real help** from customer support, I was forced to buy another ring elsewhere. When I finally got back from my trip, the ring had arrived **way too late** to be of any use to me. Since their **own website** states that I had **30 days to request a refund**, I reached out—only to be **ignored, dismissed, and given excuses**. Instead of honoring their own policy, they tried to force me to take **store credit**, which is completely useless since I will **never** shop here again. Customer service is **rude, unhelpful, and refuses to take responsibility**. They do not honor their **own refund policy**, and they clearly **don’t care about their customers** once they’ve taken your money. This entire situation has been a **nightmare**. Save yourself the frustration and **shop elsewhere**—this company is a scam!
