Except for a slight hiccup in ordering (my credit card company flagged the purchases and froze my card until I could get it resolved), the experience was great. I ordered 6 products and they were all exquisite and as advertised. Due to the credit card issue, the order was sufficiently delayed that it did not arrive by Christmas. However of note, although all items were ordered at the same time, they were delivered in two packages on two separate dates approximately 1 week apart. That seemed unusual to me.

My jewelry came in beautiful boxes. The pieces are elegant and exceed my expectations. Thankyou very much!

I ordered a chain and pendant from this company that indicated on tracking that the package had been delivered. The only thing I could think of is that thee carrier placed the package in the wrong mail box and kept it rather than deliver to me. The staff were so kind and generous that they sent a replacement which is absolutely stunning with maximum sparkle. I couldn't be more plased

I bought a pair of earrings for my wife. Overall she is very happy with them. The order and delivery process was full of update emails. The packaging of the product is very upscale. Including a storage box that lights up. The quality of the product and reflection of light glitter compares with real diamonds. We would definitely buy from this company again.
