I never received my ring. I tried reaching out to Sateur customer service, but they were no help. They said they would email me back, but they never did, and I keep getting emails saying that they hope I’m enjoying my ring, but the truth is I’m still waiting for my ring to be delivered, and there is no tracking number, no customer service phone number, or anything for me to feel secure. I am starting to feel that I have gotten scammed and robbed of my money because I never received my ring.

I’d give this company no stars if possible. They charged me for 3 items and shipped 1. Now I need to go thru my bank because they won’t refund my money. Scammers!!! Stay away!!!

I never received my merchandise. They sent it to the wrong address. They have not rectified it nor have they issued me a refund. I have sent them numerous emails. They tell me to get in touch with the shipping company which I cannot do. I’ve asked for a phone number for Sateur which they have yet to supply me so that I could speak with a live person. I would not recommend ordering for this company as they have zero customer service.

Che dire non vi fidate Hanno bloccato i miei commenti su fb e mi hanno scritto che fare recensioni negative non risolve i problemi ma di fatto il problema dopo diversi giorni non li vogliono risolvere. FATE ATTENZIONE

Quality of product is awful and Sateur will not provide returns for refunds. Spent over $200 on an item and all they would offer is store credit of $50 or to exchange for another item. Why would I want another item of poor quality? Extremely disappointed in their product and the lack of commitment to stand behind product. Look elsewhere!!!!

I have yet to receive anything yet. My original purchase is 8 days past the due date and I don't see a way to track it.

I ordered an engagement ring with express shipping which said it would take 6 to 8 business days. I received my order 28 days later and constantly requested tracking only to be told it was pending shipment. Only when I asked for a refund was I was given a tracking number that showed the package was shipping from China. For a "French" jewelry brand it is an embarrassment that their jewelry is produced and shipped from China.

El brillo de los anillos que compré me decepcionó. Mi esposa se puso los anillos junto a los anteriores que tenía, de verdaderos diamantes, y aunque más pequeños, brillan mucho más que los de Satéur. Creí que no iba a haber diferencia, pero sí la hay y se nota. Ya quedé mal y no me agrada, tendré que seguir buscando
