Overall, I am happy with this GPS collar for my Golden. She picked up the idea of boundaries very quickly, within a half hour. I had treats with me and she knew to come back to me for comfort and a treat if she heard the whistle at the boundary. She has never reached the vibration or static level, the whistle is always enough for her. I like that I can trigger a whistle to come home if I need her to come inside. One whistle and she happily comes in. Customer support has been really responsive and helpful. I did have to play with the boundaries a while to make sure she was getting maximum use of the property and not receiving whistles too early. It was tricky where there is a metal building. Sometimes it will whistle if she has it on in the kitchen for whatever reason, but she always has it off indoors anyway. The only disappointment is the battery life being only around 24hrs even though she only wears it 3 - 4 times a day and rarely triggers the whistle. We just make sure to charge it overnight every night.

Honestly, the ability to have a collar like this is life-changing for both the human and the dog given our location and situation. I was a newer user so I lived through some ups and downs but this is to be expected for a startup. The company is clearly evolving and growing and still working on their product, and I like that. I had a major issue and they handled it well. Customer service has been on top of it. The UX is pretty good and they are evolving was a brand and a softwear in a mindful way.

This company has some serious issues with the controlling app/user interface. It currently does not allow adjustment to the static correction levels and constantly sends useless notifications. It really needs the ability to select what notification you want to receive. Customer support states they are working on it but cannot provide a date when it will be completed by. Be warned. This is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work for as it should UPDATE: after my review the company very quickly made the app update and fixed the issue. Bonus points for being so receptive but am I seriously the first person to notice this issue?

I was over the moon for the first 2 months of this collar. Then, the connection problems came… then my German pointer lost the collar in a bush… I was livid and reached out to customer service. They told me how to do a hard reset on the collar (hold down the button by the light for 12 seconds) and explained the technology so I knew how to make it work best for us no matter where we were. The only feedback i still have for them is to make a sturdier buckle, and based on how kind and receptive they are, I’m sure the next model will have one. For all the naysayers, a tool is just a tool. You have to train your dog, not just zap them at the highest setting. I’ve never shocked my dog, and when I use the whistle function without the fence, she comes right back to me. She’s not scared of it either. Without any sort of negotiating, they gave me 6 months free.

The collar and app work well. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Customer service was very prompt and helpful, collar has been very useful, the gps is surprisingly accurate and it has been a great aid in keeping track of our dogs here on the farm, the ability to set boundaries within boundaries is great and has made it to where we can let them roam the entire 100 acres while still keeping them away from the pond and livestock

We've had our dog use this collar for several months now and its been tremendously helpful. Our dog was able to train to it fairly easily in response to the auto whistle and vibrate from the collar. I work at home and it gives great piece of mind to know where she is while in a meeting by looking at her location within the SatellAI app. The collar unfortunately seems a bit loose on our 60 lb dog, even though it is as snug as we can make it, but no major issue overall with that. Our collar did stop working and we had to turn it for a new one which we were able to do at no cost to us. Customer service I must say was amazingly helpful, detailed and responsive throughout that process, which was very reassuring. Great product overall.
