The tracker drifts an incredible amount. You can have your phone and collar both in one hand and they will be in entirely different locations on the yard. When I was planting white flags in my yard to make a boundary, I was having the collar jump 30-40 ft in my neighbors yard. I do not trust this product to not shock my dog while they're in my yard because of the collars inaccuracies. Only reason for 2 stars is because the set up is genuinely easy. But I would recommend a different collar.

Update on my previous review. Both collars have now failed and been replaced. The warrantee process is straightforward but slow. You have to explain what is not working and send photos of the collars. Each collar took over a month to replace. To sum it up in under a year we have had both collar straps fail and both electronic packages in the collars fail. Beyond the inconvenience of the failures, it is still only an OK product when it works. Definitely find another product. After the warrantee is up, if we have another failure, I will unfortunately be spending significant money again to correct my mistake of buying these.

I have had this collar for several months now. It took a while for my dog to get accustomed to the setting, but now that she has the collar does help some with keeping her in our fenced yard. She will still escape, but that's her breed. BUT, if you live in a rural area, the connection is terrible. The collar will work, but you can't see where your dog is, can't track them, nothing. And now my latest issue is that the collar has stopped sending me notifications if she's approaching boundaries or escaping. I have reached out to the company and keep getting the run around. They tell me it's a low battery, or it's disconnected due to my location, but that's not true! Battery is fully charged and collar is connected. So, I feel like I have a worthless collar.....and of course it's outside of the return window, so I'm stuck. Customer service isn't great, they take days to weeks to respond. My issue still hasn't been resolved.

We got our collar on 10/23. We didn’t have it but MAYBE 2 weeks and the collar ripped in half. We have it rigged to stay together. The screws holding it together keep falling off. We spent half a morning looking for the collar because the screws came undone and the collar fell off. The app doesn’t always work either. Half the time we use it, there’s either connection or Bluetooth issues. The collar also has a mind of its own. It will randomly whistle and shock my dog repeatedly. The last time it happened, it whistled at and shocked my dog EIGHT times before I was able to get to him and get it off and another 4 times before we could get the collar turned off (which can only be done in the app). The times it works is great but, not worth it for when it doesn’t.

I have been trying to return my collar for a while now. They ask for multiple photos and tell me that the shipping has to be at my expense...what company does that? You should stand behind your product. Also the app is awful, the connection sucks (when I have full cell service and I live in a populated town with little tree coverage), the battery life lasts about a day to a day and a half, company states it because the collar is constantly looking for signal (again see reasons above why thats bs). If it works on two signals cell or gps there should be no reason it has trouble connecting within town. The biggest issue is this collar fails to warn my dog of a breach or it does it inconsistently creating confusion for where the boundary is for my dog. Not reliable, poor experience and company doesn't stand behind their product. DO NOT recommend.

Ordered a collar and subscription on July 1st, 2025. It's August 19th now and still no update on when the item will be shipped. I did receive communication back that some are shipped from out of the US, and sometimes within the US and there's a delay. I cannot review the collar and software since we have yet to receive it. At this point I have asked for a refund and I'll see if that materializes. I think almost 2 months to have a planned shipping date is excessive and I'll order a different brand of collar.

The equipment came in just fine and as described. The problem I have experienced is in the service. With the dogs secured in their kennel, I still have notifications throughout the day and/or night about fences being breached. I've expanded my geofence by nearly double to eliminate this from happening, to no success.
