I just contacted customer service by email about a broken part on the collar and they responded within just minutes with a solution to get me the needed replacement part.

I've had the collar for a little over a month and it's working well. I did have one of the black pins that holds the latching part of the collar to the device come unscrewed and the pin fell out and the collar came off my dog and the pin is missing. I contacted customer service via the live chat and the agent was very understanding and helpful. They're sending me a new set of pins. Well done. Thank you.

The collar has worked amazingly keeping my dog within the fence boundary and keeps me updated throughout the day where my dog is on our property. It has been a great purchase.

This collar has made my life so much easier. Have a live stock gaurdian dog on 17 acres. He was constantly jumping fences and coming up to the house and roaming out to the surrounding properties. Once I got the collar and set the boundaries, he has plenty of room to roam and I know that he’s not far from where he’s suppose to be. App is easy to understand and set up collar with. And any questions I have asked the support team has been very prompt with answers.

They were quick to answer the phone when I called, no automated hoops to jump through, and they were quick to help me get a new part for my collar.

We accidentally attached the leash to the collar, and when it broke, Support quickly sent us a replacement under warranty. They've been so responsive and helpful every step of the way!

I’ve had a pretty good experience with the collar, I live in a rural area so keeping my dog on my property was important to me. I noticed sometimes if she’s in the house it will alert me she is approaching the border, I then moved the border away further and it’s been alright since. Today I noticed she was in one spot, I looked and didn’t see her, used the app to call her over and found the collar on the ground. One of the black round screws came unscrewed and I can’t find the other piece. I’ve put a zip tie on there for now but reached out to customer service for help finding replacement prices, I was notified they have replacement prices, they would be free but cost $10-$20 dollars for shipping. BUT! If I did a five star review they would wave the shipping fee. I have enjoyed the collar, I don’t use the shocking part, my girl responds well to the voice and vibration. It’s good for an easy going dog. Thank you and I look forward to my free replacement pieces.

This collar was a game changer. We have Young pup *6-8months* and outlr neighbor tore out the fence for several weeks. Prior to getting this collar as preparation we had chased her doen at least 16 times as our toddler would let her out the Front door. With the collar however and no fence ahe has Always obeyed I love the audio prompt,vibration and static separate options depending on the violation or warning situation. The app gps works well. Beware whatever email you use to purchase the item will have to be the email used in the app if you buy the yearly plan with the collar together.
