Great collar works great keeps dogs safe but lets them roam free on my couple acres

The collar works great! The customer service is great also!

Satellai has a great customer support team. Quick to answer questions ans problem solve when needed. I love the collar!

I have found the company to be very helpful. My daughter just bought a collar for her golden doodle yesterday and my son broke the collar today!! After chatting with the company this Saturday morning, they are going to send out the strap needed to fix the collar at no charge!!! Well done Satellai, that is customer service!!!!

This collar allows for my dog to go anywhere with me! We’ve absolutely been loving having it on our dog. The only thing I will say, make sure to tighten the screws on your collar once you receive it to avoid losing any.

We purchased a satellite collar for our Corgi Puppy and we LOVE it. The battery life is exactly as advertised and the set up was easy. Within a week our pup was already learning the boundaries he didn't know existed before. I have had a couple of issues to resolve and the Satellai customer service team has met my very high expectations. A++

Great customer service!
