The collar does not fit all dogs
The collar does not fit all dogs. It took me 3 different times of contacting customer support to finally get a shipping label to send it back. The shipping label came, it didn’t even have my name on it but I sent it back anyway. Going on 3 weeks and still no refund. Quick to take the money out but not so quick to return it.

Never worked
Bought 2 collars. Neither one worked even with 2 weeks of back and forth. They tried telling me I needed to update even after multiple screenshots were shared showing proof.

Customer service nightmare
The collar was great for 10 days. Then the GPS stopped working. Customer service is a nightmare. It took a week for them to help me get a label to return it and it’s been three weeks and the collar is not back. Run around constantly.
