If you are considering using this company don’t!!!! I rarely write reviews but I am beyond frustrated with this company. Let’s start with the order…they double charged my credit card and sent two orders. You would think it would be an easy process to cancel this…nope! Still fighting this, almost 2 months later. Now, the collar. They advertise 120 hours of service, it’s more like 24 hrs. Then it says “gps signal is weak” (I have 4 bars of cell phone service). We live in a normal area, no trees, no real reason why there should be a weak signal. We have a Labrador puppy and she could have cared less about getting shocked (we had it at the highest setting possible) then it didn’t even work half the time, so that was real nice. So we quickly found out that it was a worthless piece of garbage. Now for the return… Over 20 emails and dozens of phone calls have been made. They state you have to call your credit card company and cancel your order. I have done this over and over. The credit card company says they don’t block chargebacks and nothing has ever been tried to refund you money. Finally the CC company just flagged it as fraudulent and refunded us the money on their end. If you are considering this company don’t!!! It’s been a living nightmare dealing with them. An email for customer support usually takes 2-3 days for a response if you call them the likely hood of someone answering is rare. This company needs a negative 1 star.

Satellai sent us the discontinued collars. When we spoke with a customer service representative she stated that they had indeed sent the wrong collars. She was going to send out two upgraded collars along with an email as to how to return the older collars. None of this occurred and the silence from them has been deafening.

Satellai collars suck. it like have killed my dog!!!

The collar did not work due to trees in the area. I expected it to be better, but I understand if it just can’t get signal and I accept that. The problem is that I returned the product in perfect condition over 3 months ago and still have not gotten a refund. I have asked several times and they assure me I will get my refund but I no longer believe them. A poor product with even worse customer service. Never buy this collar.

The collar is VERY unreliable. The collar keeps saying it cannot connect to collar. We live a very busy road. I've contacted customer service several times and the customer agent wants a screen shot of it saying collar cannot connect. REALLY! They will have someone contact me in the next 24 hours to keep checking my spam. So basically I'm expected to take off work to sit at the house watch my dog and check my email because Satellai Collar doesn't work correctly and their customer service is No help at all! I will be going back to Halo! I'll have to charge the collar every night but atleast I know my dog is safe!

Ordered these July 9th, did not receive collars until July 21st. Limited communication via email about my order processing. I ordered two collars and had to pay for two subscriptions which was never indicated, my fault for assuming one would cover both collars. If the collars worked I would be ok with that charge. No one of my German Shepherd’s was getting shocked while inside the boundary because it said she was sitting in the middle of the road. The next day my other dog was getting warned they were approaching the boundary and he was inside the house. As soon as he stepped in our garage which is inside the boundary he got shocked. I instantly started a return on July 23rd. Now that took days to get postage to send back emailed to me. They recieved the collars on the 30th of July and it’s currently the 11th of August and I have not gotten a refund. They keep saying have patience when I email. Customer service is horrible, the collars are horrible. Money wasted for collars that do not work. Don’t subject your dog to this company’s malfunctioning collars.

I received this collar in june. After days and days of correspondence and troubleshooting we never actually got it to connect the GPS. They tell you the issue will be moved to a different department but you can never get in touch with them directly. Finally sent it back and they can confirmed receipt of it 3 weeks ago. Since then I've been charged another monthly fee. I was told over a week after they received it, that they put a rush to their finance department to have it refunded. Two more weeks later no refund yet.

I received the collar on July 11th. Got it connected to my phone on July 12th. Put it on my dog and it tracked him for about 1/2 an hour, then the GPS quit working. (It showed him in the middle of the driveway) I had someone take the collar about a mile away, my phone was still connected to the collar but still showed the location in my driveway. Took collar to work, still located it in my driveway. Contacted support….spent about 5-6 days sending screenshots and explaining the problem. Finally they decided to replace the collar….3 or 4 more days they sent me a return label. They received the collar back on July 23rd. On about July 26th or 27th I contacted them about them replacement collar. They said my returned collar was on the list to be inspected before they send a replacement. On July 29th they sent me a tracking number for the replacement… ran a tracking on it and the tracking number they gave me showed the original collar that was delivered on the 11th. Sent them an email it took a couple days for them to respond. The response was that they had sent me the wrong tracking number and they have been experiencing a queue in their replacement orders. How many replacements can they possibly have? It is now August 5th, they have had my money since July 7th and I have no collar or tracking number or any idea when or if I will receive a collar that actually works.
