Scam! I order flowers and I got a confirmation email and after that they sent me an email stating they are not able to send the order bla bla bla and they will refund my money. Waited few days and I looked at my bank account and nothing has been refunded, I called them and the lady was super rude she said you need to wait it shows on my end it is processing. I waited another week and nothing and then I dispute the payment from my bank directly. I looked online and a lot of other people has the same experinces

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SCAN BUSINESS. THEY TAKE ORDER, YOUR MONEY, CANCEL AND SAY THEY CANT DELIVER WITHIN 30 MINUTES AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY !!! IT HAS BEEN WEEKS NOW !

SCAM!!!!! They take your money and then email with a hour they cannot deliver the flowers. They say there will be a refund, most people do not get one. I have not received a refund.

Horrible experience with this business. I had the exact same story as yours. I ordered flowers on May 13th but they canceled my order the same day. I called back to ask why, they said they didn’t have enough people to deliver it and they had refunded me already. But, today is May 31, I still don’t have my refund from them. I sent them emails twice in the last two weeks, they kept saying they were working on it and told me “ not to worry “. Then I checked on their website here and found soooo many complaints of the same experience. This is a very bad scam for sure.

Pieces of fiecies scum alot of words for them they are a scam don't deliver and no refunds

SCAM. They take your money and don't deliver. Promise a refund and never give it. Better business bureau has over 600 complaints

Been waiting a month for a refund.

Horrible…placed an order for flowers for my 20yr old cousin who was hit and killed over the weekend… I placed an order and within a min says the order was cancelled! Been 4weeks and still haven’t received my refund!! I call every week and they tell me that it’s the bank!! 🤬
