I have nothing but good things to say…
I have nothing but good things to say about Sanrico! They get 5 stars out of 5 for sure! This level of service was a pleasant surprise and a refreshing change. I mistakenly thought that there was a delivery issue, and emailed customer service 4 times. Each one was answered promptly by James, and followed up with answers for me every time. Great job James and the whole Sanrico team! And thank you again….

I made a mistake and didn’t order the proper part I emailed customer service customer service responded very quickly and help me resolve my problem. Very appreciated I’ve already ordered two more products

Ordered the drill but not the adapter
Ordered the drill but not the adapter! You can't use it without the adapter and you won't find that anywhere! However Sanico replied quickly and very professionally, provided me the link to purchase the adapter. Can't wait to try it out!! Kat in Ok

The customer service is excellent!
The customer service is excellent. I purchased welding rods and their automated system offered me an even better deal. However it wasn't clear to me as to why I couldn't simply order the "better" deal by itself. After communicating with their service department, they made an exception that allowed the cancellation of the first order and they promptly refunded me. I then ordered the "better deal" and I ended up with 40% more welding rod and saved $10 in the process. Thanks a whole bunch! It's rare to be treated well nowadays. I would buy again from them.

My product was sent to the wrong…
My product was sent to the wrong address by no mistake by Sanrico.I contacted their office and within 3 day's they e-mailed me and said they would mail me the product. I will be ordering more product's from Sarico. Thank you Len Roberts
