En déc. 2024 mon colis a été écarté due à la grève des Postes au Canada. J'ai communiqué avec James chez Sanrico et expliqué ma situation. Sanrico on fait enquête et on m'a répond qu'on me ferait parvenir un nouveau colis que j'ai reçu en bon état fin février 2025. J'ai remercié Sanrico pour le service et la reconnaissance envers la clientèle. Bravo Sanrico.

wow, i haven't had a company go above and beyond like these folks in years. Customer service has sucked really since Covid but I feel like all I do now is talk to robots. Not these folks. As soon as I placed my order I saw a different promotion they were having on a totally different set but that other set had 3 of their awesome tools and the one I ordered only had the one. So, I decided to reach out to say hey - can you please charge me an additional $20 and send me that promo vs the promo I bought? It took a day but they got back to me and said hey, we talked to our boss and as a one time extension of goodness, they said they went ahead and shipped the deal/promo I requested at the price I paid for the one I purchased which means I got three tools for the price of the one promotion. I mean that is like epic above and beyond. I wouldn't have even asked for that. I am so excited to try these tools. As a woodworker, I am always looking for ways to develop and expand my craft. Thank you team at San Rico. I appreciate you!
