Sanrico folks , I haven't used anything from you yet. What I have ordered I haven' received yet. It has been my fault. We have moved in the last year and I gave you the wrong address, part of the and part of the old. I have finally have it straited out. So well go from there. I don't live too far away from Sanrico and am a regular customer. Most recently, for instance, I ordered a grinder sphere and an adapter from Sanrico. Both were received tremendously quickly. Brilliant customer service to boot!

As many people do, I was simply browsing the internet when I happened upon what I thought to be impossible - soft solder for hard metals . I thought this is an answer to many problems I had experienced in my shop.But, like many i wondered if I could trust the very unusual claim. I took a gamble and bought the product: It arrived in a short time, beautifully wrapped and protected - and it works as described. A wonder to work with on a variety of diverse metal and I wish I had this fifty or more years ago. Sanrico came to my rescue; they're sincere, honest, polite and offer an unsurpassed service to their customers, with excellent and unobtrusive follow up. Thank you, Sanrico

When ordering, I provided my physical address where I normally receive packages for my business. It was not noted on the web site that the product was being shipped USPS, so it was deemed UN-deliverable. I was requested by Customer Service to provide a good review 4-5 stars and then they would re-send the product to my PO Box. Thank you Customer Service

I made my order, and didn’t notice that spellcheck changed my street name, and the order went through. I reached out to customer service, and the made the change right away

I had an issue and the response was great and the solution better! We're all leary about buying products from the internet but I highly recommend this company, they actually believe in customer service. A great product and a honest company !!! I'll definitely support this company by buying more!

I had placed a couple of orders, both of which were despatched promptly and the prices very reasonable, also the postage was free even though I'm in Australia! They did send me an email reminder that I hadn't applied for the extra 10% discount applied at the checkout for VIP members so I emailed them and within a couple of days I received a refund for the amount of the discount on each of my purchases! I am very impressed with their service.

I placed two orders five weeks ago for a Power Sphere Grinder attachment and a Power Plane woodworking carving disc. I finally received them today. Since this time I was not been able to track my orders with my order number as instructed from the Sanrico site. I sent messages to their support address and they got back to me and said the USPS system is delayed due to Covid-19. I had to request my orders be sent First Class mail. After that I received my orders the next week. Sanrico thank you for following up and expediting my orders. I tested the Power Sphere and it works as described. However the threads did not match my angle grinder but did work with my power buffer. If you order this tool be sure to order the adapter to the tool as well.
