Had multiple SSD orders in a processing state for 2-3 days. Every single one was cancelled with the reason item not available. Why show them as in stock in the 1st place!!!???

I purchased a high speed SD card for my 2k doorbell. I was quite shocked that for some reason, only 3 months in, it stopped recording. I formatted it and still no joy. I contacted customer support and was connected with the wonderful Liana P. Nothing was too much trouble. She ran through the steps of things I could try, before eventually agreeing that a replacement was required, as I was still under guarantee. This was delivered the following day. Superb support from Liana. Issue solved. Perfect.

Customer service Very bad service My SD card gets defective and I reached Nehru place service centre for change and that service center manager didn't change that even after 4 times visit and in the end I throw that card into dustbin . Who will buy from your company after this experience. I'll never buy.

Der erste USB-Speicherstick hielt ca. 2 Jahre ( ständig im Notebook ). Brauchte sofortigen Ersatz, als dasselbe noch einmal ( Angebot 14€ ). Wiederum nach genau 1,5 Jahren kein Zugriff auch auf anderen Pcs. Da wichtige Daten keine Garantie in Anspruch genommen. Jetzt doch einen höherpreisigen vom einem anderen Anbieter genommen.

UNA ESTAFA! Sinceramente no sé si la página web es uma estafa muy bien hecha. Pero hasta el día de hoy, nunca había tenido una experiencia TAN negativa con una compra igual la que estoy teniendo con sandisk. Compré un SSD externo y desde el día que compré, no hay nada de actualización en el pedido. Atención al cliente es NULA - el correo no contestan, el teléfono no contestan (ni siquiera funciona las extensiones cuando intentas llamar al número proporcionado en su página web). Me ha bloqueado la cuenta y no puedo ni siquiera acceder a mi cuenta en la web. Intento resetear contraseña y no funciona. Creo que me han robado.

I bought an sd card from their site 5 months ago, and its already getting corrupt. I tried to contact them but i got no reaction whatshoever.

Es ist mir jetzt schon des öfteren passiert dass ich ein Speicher Medium von Sandisk gekauft habe der mit hocher Lese und Schreibgeschwindigkeit angepriesen worden war wie beim jetzigen Stick mit 150 Megabit Lesen und Schreibengeschwindigkeit und wenn man ihn dann endlich in der Hand hat und ihn testet dann hat der stick auf einmal nur 35 Mb das ist doch Betrug da ich ja nicht für eine langsamen stick bezahlt habe und es passiert jedes mal das selbe Also finger weg von der Firma mann wird nur enttäuscht

Came here and was surprised at all the negative reviews. I guess luckily I haven't had to use their support, but have purchased multiple microSD cards over the years with zero issues.
