Product (xbox expansion card) works…
Product (xbox expansion card) works well, but shipping took far longer than it was supposed to (nearly had to give up and demand a refund), and the included xbox game pass membership code didn't work at all.

Wer mit UPS zusammenarbeitet kann nicht kundenorientiert sein. Absolute Katastrophe...

Purchased a Sandisk 64GB memory card from Argos, needed a new one to go in my brand new Canon Powershot SX70 HS, old card was showing it could not be formatted, I've had that card 10 years so can't moan.... I fitted the brand new card into my camera and went to format it but on the camera it showed...''Available Memory 59.4GB'' Now I don't get this at all! Why is it showing on the Sandisk packaging its a 64GB card, when in reality it's clearly not! Are all cards like this, falsely claiming it's 64 when it's 59.

July 2020, I buy a 256 GB Ultra Dual Drive Luxe with USB-C and USB. September 2020, this key is no longer recognized by my computer (Mac or PC, USB or USB-C). I have lost all my files. Sandisk will replace it free of charge in the following weeks after I have contacted support (as under Warranty...) July 2022, same problem. I just lost 17 GB of important data. Unreliable product. Total disappointment. And I turn to other products. NEVER AGAIN SANDISK. It's 2 fails... 2 times too much. Sorry for not finding something positive. Update After contacting customer service, they spontaneously offered to replace the flash drive. So cannot complain about their service. Good customer interest and respect. Now as I said, the trust in this product is nevertheless a little bit damaged… It is a pity, because very nice and practical concept to have both USB & USB-C connecting…

Extreme Pro SD cards are good value. However, the plastic can become brittle and damaged plastic around the contacts can make a card unreadable.

Sent a faulty Micro USB Device back to be replaced under warrenty and followed the instructions yet the item is now sitting in Lost and Found in Poland because they refused to accept it as there was no invoice information. Three invoices were given to the UK UPS driver and one was placed inside the parcel as requested. Was going to give this one star but since talking to Seagate they see it was rejected and sent a replacement straight out which should be here tomorrow. Only reason this didnt get 4 is that the instructions were followed but were rejected, some other people had the same issue and were told that three copies should have been in enveilopes attached to the item...seagate need to update their instructions.

Bought 2 SDHC micro memory cards and the 10 year warranty appealed. The 1st one stopped recording on my CCTV after 2 days and they say using in that way invalidated the warranty. Yet the 2nd works fine!! To be fair it was the seller that said it was suitable for dash cams and cctv but I think SanDisk should make that clearer. They did agree to replace I have seen some reviews saying their data was lost. Data doesn't exist unless it's in 3 different places, so use, where possible, as a backup, not as primary storage. Do full formats not quick too.

I got what I wanted in the end but it took far too long. After doing much research I decided that buying direct from Sandisk was the only way to get genuine. I ordered and paid £5 for delivery and it still tool 2 weeks to turn up. This was for something that would have fitted in a normal size envelope. Beware when ordering from Sandisk if you want your goods quickly.
