I've used SanDisk since 1992 when they were called SunDisk and their products have been reliable and are of good value. Recently I had a 64gb SD card fail & I explained that I didn't have my receipt. Will V. handled the issue promptly & professionally as he used the card's serial # to verify coverage. I had financial data on it & he had me take pics before & after cutting up the card so I didn't have to send it in. They sent a 128gb card (double the gb capacity of what failed) by UPS that was double boxed, styrofoam lined, surrounded by crush resistant plastic forms & 2 layers of bubble wrap. I've never seen a product that well packaged. Will continue to buy their products & recommend others.

I purchased a high speed SD card for my 2k doorbell. I was quite shocked that for some reason, only 3 months in, it stopped recording. I formatted it and still no joy. I contacted customer support and was connected with the wonderful Liana P. Nothing was too much trouble. She ran through the steps of things I could try, before eventually agreeing that a replacement was required, as I was still under guarantee. This was delivered the following day. Superb support from Liana. Issue solved. Perfect.

Came here and was surprised at all the negative reviews. I guess luckily I haven't had to use their support, but have purchased multiple microSD cards over the years with zero issues.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me resolve a compact flash card purchase. Harvey secured me a refund for an Extreme 64 GB card which I discovered was incompatible with my camera. Definitely pleased with outcome.

Surprised to see such a bad rating for Sandisk. My sd failed after 6 years. They changed it and sent a new one without hassle. Very good customer service.

Three weeks ago I bought a M.2 SSD from the Sandisk website. It was delivered to me by UPS in 2 days which is very fast in my opinion. Unfortunately the moment it arrived it turned out I didn`t need the product anymore (long story). After reading many negative reviews here I was hesitated to send the product back to Sandisk. However I know that Sandisk is a big well known company so I decided to take the risk. Filling in a return request was very simple and I received the return lable in my e-mail within seconds. After bringing the package to a UPS Access Point the tracking showed that it reached its destination in 3 days. Two days later I already received a credit memo from Sandisk in my e-mail that I would get the money back. Yesterday they paid me back the full price so I am very happy with their service.
