SSD portable extreme Warranty means nothing they have major electronic faults and sandisc fob you off with %10 off a new one but nothing on your warranty one. This company is a disgrace. Avoid this product

SanDisk are the inventors of Flash Drives, but like OpenAI when they brought the first chat ChatGPT. They never advanced, Google, Claude and other surpassed them easily. The same here, the SandDisk flash drives heat up a lot, and after a while they become unreadable, which is a pity. They are expected to produce a better quality and more reliable products, but they don't. Today, I deliberately seek non-SandDisk drives mainly because of reliability issues, but also heat.

Misleading Marketing and Not Truly Compatible With iPhone I bought the SanDisk 2TB Creator Pro SSD after seeing it advertised as compatible with iPhone. It’s shown plugged directly into an iPhone in videos, implying it works with the native Files app or can record video straight to the drive. In reality, it only works through SanDisk’s clunky app, which is slow, buggy, and completely unsuitable for proper workflows. You can’t transfer photos directly, record video to it, or manage files natively. This is not plug and play and totally defeats the purpose of having USB-C on the iPhone. I wasted hours figuring this out. I replaced it with a Crucial X9 Pro SSD which worked instantly no app required. SanDisk’s marketing is misleading and this product should be rebranded. Avoid if you’re a creator or iPhone user expecting native functionality.

Compré tarjeta SD 256 GB y me envían una de 128 GB, he comunicado a través de un chat con ellos 2 veces, también por correo desde su propia pág web y han pasado 14 días y no se nada de ellos. He visto algún comentario aquí de otros países que pasa lo mismo y no te hacen caso. Me ha pasado además en la propia pág oficial de SanDisk. Compré a través de Paypal y acabo de reclamar (vamos a ver si paypal funciona) , después si siguen así iré a la policía a denunciar. Este es mi número de reclamación 250220-001883 y este es el número de mi pedido 88342949. Seguiré actualizando la información a ver como se resuelve este caso. Actualizo. Hoy día 7 de marzo he vuelto a hablar con ellos por chat y me han enviado una etiqueta de devolución por UPS. Seguiré actualizando. Hoy día 19 de marzo me han devuelto el dinero.

No vuelvo a comprar ningún producto de San DISK, ya que compre un iX PAND FLASH DRIVE LUXE 64 GB, y se me solto la parte que entra en el ordenador, fuí a a tienda ecomputer de la calle del COSO, 80 a reclamar y no me hicieron caso, y eso que la tienda que te vende es responsable de lo que te vende. Mande un email a la casa de San Disk, con la fotografia de lo ocurrido , el numero e igual sin hacerme caso. Con lo que cuesta, es increible que no tenga mas calidad Javier

Zwei Sterne weil die Micro SD Karten 128GB (22€) sind einfach nicht geeignet für Überwachungs-Kameras, obwohl die Größe zugelassen ist. Geld verbrannt für Nix. Leute Last die Finger von den SanDisk SD Karten, eine billige hat’s gebracht was die Teure nicht gebracht hat und das für 7 Euro. Ihr solltet euch was schämen.

I needed to claim under warranty for a faulty SD card bought in the UK, but Sandisk insisted that I post it to the Czech Republic, at a cost of several pounds. Not had any feedback so far.
