I have had only good things to say about the over all care and coverage so far! The above and beyond element for me, is getting covered to receive full blood work at the new brick and mortar (Sana MD) and fine tune my Thyroid medicine as well as my supplements.

Claims are paid promptly and I can say this as a provider, a subscriber, and a business owner who has Sana for our staff. Customer service is very helpful. Sign up was much faster than we’ve experienced with other companies and much easier. We’ve had Sana since June and have had no problems.

Was very happy with SANA and sad my company is changing providers. Comprehensive and no surprises.

Obtaining prescription medication was able to get required medication in a timely manner at local pharmacy. These medications are Filled the 1st week Of the month. The medication that I needed was not Received until The middle Of the month. This medication had to be rushed by mail to my residence which I had to pay for Because of the Some Miscommunication Therefore the person that ended up suffering on the end of Was the consumer.

For a family that needs to go to many different doctors and often, SANA is a nightmare. Reason being, Sana is out of network with 99% of the doctors we use. This is a HUGE problem since it takes time to always have Sana reach out to the doctor to get a contract set up. For this to happen, we need to fill out a form and then Sana needs to reach out to them, we need to wait, and in the meantime, we need to pay out of pocket or use our Sana Visa card. Every time this happens, we are required to track down a “superbill” (not all companies provide them) for reimbursement. For somebody who goes to many different doctors as often as we do for our daughters' health, SANA is NOT a provider I’d ever sign up with again. If you only need a yearly check-up and maybe one other visit then Sana is great. But for the rest of us that do see many doctors, their system and process are extremely flawed and overwhelmingly frustrating. This is why my company is choosing to go back to BlueCross on January 1, 2023, and I’m so excited. I've had to track down so many superbills this year that I might as well have been put on their payroll.
