Very good service

My driver, Logan, was the best possible driver I could have ever gotten. He was so sweet and polite, but while planning the reservation, my agent was rude saying I was “wasting his time” and also tried to charge me $480 for someone else’s reservation.

Best Party Bus experience! My friend had booked them a few weeks before I did and I had a blast. They were super accommodating to all of our requests. Their priority is for the customer to be happy, which is one of the reasons why I love Sam's Limousine! I will definitely use them again in the future for all my rental needs. You won't regret it! The driver was amazing gas well, he kept in communication with us and was very attentive to all of our needs.

Excellent service. The driver, Allen, was wonderful as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the bus was in great shape with all the amentities you’d expect from a party bus + more! Very comfortable and the driver was very attentive and professional. The only thing I will say is that we rented a 32 passenger bus and we could not have fit more than the 25 people we had on there comfortably.

We used Sam's for a round trip shuttle for 19 people to and from the Galveston Cruise terminal. Everything was fantastic until the return trip. Arranging and paying for the booking was great, and customer services was great. Our shuttle picked us up at our hotel on time, helped with bags and got us to the cruise port without a hitch. But on the day we got off the ship, our driver called with some incomprehensible reasons why he didn't have the right vehicle and had to go back to Galveston to get a different bus, and then picked up the wrong one. In the end, he was 2.5 hours late picking up our party. We all had to wait in the heat at the busy terminal. We finally made it to the airport and were very tight to make our flight. Luckily our flight was later in the afternoon. If we would have missed our flight, that would be inexcusable. I try not to be a negative person and I understand things happen and mistakes get made, but when you don't get the critical service that you contracted and paid for, it is tough to give a positive review. It is not like we could just use a different transportation service when our driver didn't show up because we were required to pre-pay at the time of booking.

I would definitely recommend this company, they were professional and on time. The only negative is that the female driver could not load/unload our luggage so my husband had to do it for 24 passengers!

The best. Super easy to work with and very organized with the event and payments. Did exactly what they said they would do and arrived exactly when they said they would. Thanks for helping our Seniors have a great Prom. Very professional.
