Sam's Limousine & Transportation, Inc.Reviews of samslimousine.com

From time of inquiry, to finalizing the reservation, to driver being on time, the party bus being clean, audio wires made available with plenty of ice and cups....we could not have been more happier! Our party of 30 or 40-year olds thoroughly enjoyed it...felt like being in a niteclub, was just awesome! Highly recommend Sams!

Poor communication before booking caused a lot of confusion. We were quoted a price for a trip containing 3 drop-offs/collections, we paid it and were then charged that amount 3 times without warning. After much back and forth we agreed on a good price, but it would have been easier if the correct price was communicated in the first place. Collection from the airport was ok, but we had to walk outside to find the mini-van, no driver waiting for us in the terminal. collection from our hotel the day after was great and we were taken to our cruise ship in a party bus. collection from the cruise terminal was not great. had to call Sam's to then be told the collection had been cancelled, but after a few minutes they managed to get a vehicle to us. Overall the service was ok once we ironed out the communication issues and we would probably use Sam's again if we return to Houston.

Excellent Service. Driver was on time, courteous and the vehicle was clean. Will use this car sevice in the future.
