We traveled as a group of 13 from Houston to Galveston. Our bus arrived on time, ride was safe and our driver told us about all the landmarks on our way. Great experience, and we will definately use them again.

Ahlam, the customer service manager, was very sweet and very helpful. My driver Mohammed was great! Early to pick us up, very responsive and patient with our group! My only complaint would be that the beverages I had brought the day before to be put on the bus were still in boxes and not in the ice as I requested. I kind of expected them to be put in the ice, so they were cold when we got on the bus. Other than that, Sam's Limousine is high quality and has the very best price in Houston!

Our driver was on time, dependable, courteous and a good navigator. We felt safe and comfortable the entire four hours. He knew where he was going without ever having to ask me anything. Limo was also clean and fully stocked. It was a great experience.

We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver did not know how to operate the bus correctly. The driver did not know how to turn down or off the air level and/or temperature. So, the bus was blasting strong and cold air. It was FREEZING. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and did not know the directions to our wedding venue. This made us run very late and behind our schedule. We were getting married so that made it really bad. One of our own groomsmen had to sacrifice his party bus fun-time to navigate the bus driver from our own cell phones to get there. The good part was that the driver was punctual. That’s the main part.

Please note that our experience with Sam’s Limousine was far beyond our expectations. The service was superb, and we received everything that was promised to us. The bus, Ms. Bernadette, and our driver Mr. U.Bell all made our trip an awesome experience. The rating for all has to be 10 stars. 5 is not good enough. You can bet we will be using your services again, no doubt. Thanks to Ms. Bernadette, Mr. Bell and your entire team. We are already trying to figure out where we can go to use your services again.

Sam’s was easy and please t to deal with from start to finish. The drivers knew where they were going and were super friendly. I highly recommend using Sam’s. Limo buses were clean and up to date.
