Sam's Limousine & Transportation, Inc.Reviews of samslimousine.com

As always Sam's came through for our group! They are my go-to limo/bus company. They are dependable, friendly, consistent and customer-focused. It just keeps getting better. Thanks for another great experience!

Jonathan was a great driver! All business, making things happen! Will use Sam's again next year.

Sam's Limousine was a very professional company. They were exactly on time picking up our guests and we were very happy with their work. It was a bit hectic on our wedding day therefore we were unable to tip the drivers and the company made it easy for us to tip them afterwards.

For our wedding we rented a limo and a bus. First off, we very were pleased with the Limo service. The car was on time, it was beautiful and clean and John the driver was very pleasant and accommodating. We were really not happy with the bus. The bus arrived late to pick up the wedding party and there was no notice given that the bus would be late which caused unnecessary worry for the bridal party. The bus was a party bus with advertising all over the sides of the bus, I feel this was really inappropriate for a wedding. We had specifically asked for a shuttle bus and not a party bus. The air conditioning was not working properly on the bus and everyone complained about the heat, the driver did not provide assistance in the matter until one of our party really insisted that he didn't have it turned on properly. The driver stood outside the door of the bus with his hands in his pockets while elderly grandparents were alighting from the bus, he did not even offer a hand to assist. This is simply very bad manners. This was disappointing as we obviously wanted everyone to have a lovely day without any complaints but most everyone on the bus complained. I wont be using Sams again and I couldn't honestly recommend them to anyone.

They made it easy from start to finish! The booking agent was friendly and never grew tired of changes and or questions I had. Plus the drivers were friendly and respectful and gave me no reason to question the safety of my teens on the bus! Very thankful for this company.

I've had the privilege of chartering with Sam's Limousine on 4 or 5 occasions. Their buses and mini buses are top notch, clean and eloquent. On Friday (5 days ago) I was transported to my daughter's wedding in one of their sedans. The driver was on time, very polite and a skilled driver in the crazy Houston traffic. We arrived on time, he opened the door for me and assisted with my bags. We've done chartered bus trips through Sam's and other ministry travel events. All who have traveled with us on these trips always brag on the buses and the drivers. For me it Sam's and its always reasonably priced! Pat Holmes/Baytown, TX

Your service was excellent. Our driver arrived on time and was very professional. We will use Sams Limo again for any of our Special Engagements. Thank you for making my 60th Birthday one to Remember.

Jerry was awesome!
