Driver left location without information on 3 November 2019 and my guests waited for one hour for driver to come back. This was not expected

Glad I found this service at the last minute to run a wedding party around. Ben was fantastic. Quick response. Quick quote. Reasonable cost. No fuss - No muss...they got all the details perfectly and were on time. Perfect experience!

A big issue we had with Sam's Limousine was the communication the day of our event. We had instructed the buses many days before the event to drive to the back entrance of our wedding venue because a large gate could accommodate the size of the bus there.15 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to start I (the bride) received multiple phone calls from the bus drivers telling me the gate was shut, the bus would be to large to fit through the gate as well as asking what time they should leave the hotel with the passengers. I told them multiple times they needed to contact my wedding coordinator but the bus drivers told me I was the person who needed to call them. I was shocked they had not looked at their route ahead of time and that they were calling the bride when I had provided my wedding coordinator's contact information in case of any issues such as this. Lots of unnecessary stress 15 minutes before my wedding. My coordinator ended up working everything out with them after I frantically came to her with this issue. They were safe drivers and the buses were clean. Communication was a big issue.

Sam's Limousine & Transportation were AWESOME for my son's wedding week-end. I hired them to transport our guests from the Hotel to the Rehearsal Dinner. The buses were there early waiting for our guests to arrive! I called them at the end of the evening and they were right there to pick up our guests and transport them back to the hotel. Our guests were raving about how wonderful the buses were, the bus drivers were courteous and gracious. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Amazing awesome service. Got a party bus for my daughters quinceañera literally at the last minute. They were able to accommodate me and my family for what was best for my daughter and her court so that they would have a memorable time. Driver Patrick was great. I highly recommend using sams limousine service!
