Very disapointed. Bought a samebike ebike a few years ago and have hadly used it. It's like new. When I did use it i mostly just used it as normal bike so I was very surprised that after about five uses of the electric motor it died. It apparently should have nylon gears that should get destroyed as a kind of safegaurd against the posibility of the motor burning out but they are like new. To use it as an ebike again i would have to spend about £300 to replace the motor and considering the first one burnt out after five uses that does not seem like a smart move. I contacted samebike twice and they have just ignored my emails.

Do not buy a second owner e-bike from SAMEBIKE brand I foolishly purchased a bike with only 35 miles useage unfortunately the seller did not provide the original documentation The bike suffers from problems with the regular in that the bike can exceed Uk legal limits and the funct for m1 m2 and m3 has no effect Despite emails and videos requested by SAMEBIKE I now just get no response to emails So BUYER BEWARE purchase a different brand as customer service just seems to evaporate I can evidence multiple contact

Ik heb niet zo snel email gekregen over levering. Andersom samebike is betrouwbaar.Ik heb wia chat meten help gekregen toen ik probleem had. Ik ben tevreden met dit bedrijf.

The package arrived roughed up and open, with missing pieces (charger pedals tools etc). The main controller/screen was broken and detached from the handle. I am waiting for the customer service reaction 😭

Du grand n'importe quoi obligé de les menacer de porter plainte pour avoir seulement une réponse. Incapable d'envoyer une commande vous assure que ce sera traité rapidement pour finalement au bout d'un mois toujours rien qui avance. Bref à fuir aucun sérieux ce sont leurs collègues d'un autre domaine fr.samebike.com qui les ont contacté pour que je puisse avoir quelqu'un. Incompétence totale...
