I got what I expected, only barery shud be 15Ah or more, and sunspention for seat is not well !

I bought a SameBike bicycle about six months ago, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the components and the support I received. Highly recommended company.

Delivery service super fast

Extremely poor customer service and a disappointing bike My experience with SAMEBIKE has been extremely disappointing. The bike is very heavy, and its size and weight do not match the impression given by the advertising. The battery indicator is unreliable: the displayed reading can suddenly drop from 40 to 0, making it impossible for me to trust how much charge remains. SAMEBIKE’s customer service has been extremely poor and unhelpful. When I raised my concerns and requested a return and refund, they offered me money to keep the bike instead. This did not resolve the problems I reported. Poor quality, misleading advertising, and deeply disappointing after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend SAMEBIKE.

Ok, I started bad, I have de lo26 Plus and even a week to use I needed to change. The motor controller and that take me a month to wait. I putted some. Protection inside around the motor controls to don’t kick with the borders inside and now the e-bike have more than 2000 Km. Is a strong bike but need to have careful with the electronics things. It isn’t a motocross l, but is a good strong and comfortable bike to ride. In my experience they give me a nice attention and I understand that all came frome Chine and need some time to come Europe.

Product was quality, customer service was responsive and timely however, product took long to deliver.

no sabía que tenía bluetooth la bici, y no me agrada no tener opción ningúna de desactivarlo, con tantas opciones y botones como tiene, se les olvidó esa... da que pensar. No obstante es buena bici.
