We are sorry about your negative experience, we are taking your feedback and implementing some changes that will hopefully avoid this. The holidays was unfortunately unavoidable we are small business and our employees need to go on holidays like anyone else. Because of the method of payments we offer with bank transfer at the time their was a clearance delay. If you received this email and your order was not sent its because we never received payment and it was not successful. After a number of days we automatically cancel unpaid orders usually after 5 days. Clearance of checks usually take no more than 1 business day. Having said that we have completely overhauled our payment solution page with bank transfer as you were not the only one who found this process frustrating. Given the industry we are in we are very limited on forms of payment we can accept unfortunately. Thank you for your feedback.

We've done some extensive updates on our site with complete list of where products are legal. This was available on our information page but it was not clearly marked. That has been resolved a legal status map is now featured in the Questions & Answers on every product page.
