Product did not work at all for me the way I hoped for. I wanted to feel and see something fascinating hoping that my creativity would once again be awoken and my depression would improve some but nothing but a dull high-like feeling that lasted about 30min. I bought the explorer pack. First time trying salvia. Used the entire pack of salvia extract 10X, but that did not do anything for me. The 20X extract gave me a pretty good trip/experience. Will say I was happy with the buying, shipping and customer service experience.

Considering this is the only trustworthy place to get extract incense, they're doing pretty good! Their customer support is abysmal and shipping takes many moons, but it made its way here! TlDR: It'll come, just at its own pace.

I have emailed multiple times about getting a getting a tracking number, but no response. I was told I would get a tracking number after 1 day. I am not sure if what I ordered is going to come in or not but it's been abt 5 days.

UPDATE: They finally reached back out to me via E-mail and a few days later I received my order. Excellent product as well. Just beware, and be really careful with the BTC purchase. I've edited my review below to match the now 3 star review. ... to me it seems that it's a minimal staff if any at all. I made a mistake when trying to pay with BTC. Coinbase updated my coin's worth while I was toggling between USD & BTC just before sending the coin. So the amount was not exactly right and I noticed it almost immediately after I made the transaction. This means that the process won't take and there is a warning that if this happens, you have to contact the site. Which I tried multiple times by phone and E-mail without any initial response at all. It would be over two full weeks later before my E-mail got answered, leading to this updated review.
