I've always been reluctant to order things from the internet even though I've never been burned before. Thankfully, this company has given me fast, reliable, and trusting service. All in all a five star rating in my opinion.

I have called customer service numerous times and sent an email asking for a tracking number for my package. The first time I called I was told that my package had been sent to usps and I would receive a tracking number within a half hour. I call back almost two hours later and I am told not to worry about my package it will be shipped that day. The next day I still haven't heard any word from the business I call again and they tell me the same story. I wait a day to give them some time then call again with no new information. I am told that the product they had which is opms Kratom had gone rotten and they were having more overnighted so my package would ship the next day. Just so you know I'm writing this review over a week after I ordered my $170.00 worth of product from this company still no word from the company. Every single time I've called I find out that they either lied to me the previous day or they try to appease me by saying it will ship tomorrow. I'm tired of being put off until tomorrow. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND SALVIAEXTRACTS.COM TO ANYONE. this whole process has been a pain in my a**

Hi Austin. We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. As per our conversation with you on phone yesterday, we are processing your order today and it will be with you within a couple of days. It was just a bad batch of products so we had to send all of it back and request for new ones. For the inconvenience, we have added a free bag of our most popular blend. You'll receive the USPS tracking number shortly for your package and we are sure that you will be highly satisfied with the quality. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey there When i found this website i was recommended it by a friend. I ordered the 10x salvia because my friend told me that since its my first time I should start small and build my way up. I ordered it and the tracking said it would be to my address in 5 days. It was wrong, it didn't arrive till nearly 2 weeks after I ordered it. Whatever at that point it was fine. But when i tried it, i was even more disappointed. I took a small hit, waited 10 minutes. I wanted to see things and experience things. Nope, nothing, not even a buzz. So then I took the rest of the extract, the only "buzz" i got was a headache and that was it. Really disappointed with the shipping and quality. Thanks for having me a waste $20 on this.
