A bit skeptical at first but who isnt in this scamming age customer support was great got a tracking order when the shipment process began definitely will be purchasing more from this shop highly recommended

Support this business!
I ordered a couple of products from here and I must say, the customer service is stellar. Not only did they ship my items promptly, but the communication was awesome. I had asked a couple of questions and they were answered in a very timely matter. In addition to answering my questions, John emailed me a few days after I received my shipment to see how satisfied I was with my order. It is nice to see a business take the time to check in with their customers to make sure they’re happy with what they bought-- especially since I had emailed them with questions. I will definitely be returning to support them. Lastly, the products I purchased worked wonders. I am very pleased I came across their website.

ripped off
made a purchase online and was ask to go back online and re enter payment info when my payment was already processed. When I requested a refund John initially gave me the run around as if my order was not placed by myself when I live alone and only one with access to my phone/payment info. When I was told he would refund my order I was sent a obviously doctored/photoshopped receipt that showed a refund that never came to fruition. Still haven't been refunded and currently in the process of getting a fraudulent charge claim processed with my bank

Dear customer. You purchased on Tuesday then you asked for a refund Wednesday and immediately told us we defrauded you. Making a claim of fraud are serious accusations that are made when someone card was used to make an unauthorized purchase and service / product not rendered within a reasonable time frame. We never received the opportunity to render product to you since you immediately requested or threaten with fraud/charge back within 24 hours of placing your order. We initiated your refund within 24 hours per your request. The documents we provided you is what our processing bank issued to us. The time frame for refund requests is not something we control the bank intiatites it and it returns funds within 3-4 business days from the request being made.

Customer service was top notch
Customer service was top notch, what they said was gonna happen, happened. Currently waiting for my package and I hope to do business with Salviaextract.com again in the future!
