SALVAGEDATA Recovery ServicesReviews of salvagedata.com

I had the unfortunate event of having both my laptop and its backup external hard drive go out on me within a short time span. As a result, I thought I had lost a lot of important family photos and videos, work files, etc. I came across Salvage Data and LaRaya helped me out with my case. After Salvage Data technicians ran some diagnostics on the hard drive I brought to them (which was actually FREE), LaRaya explained to me what was going on and laid out all of my options. In the end, they were able to retrieve all of those valued family memories and important work-related files, and my wife and I couldn't be happier about the result. What I appreciate the most about LaRaya is her eagerness and professionalism towards their customers and how accommodating she was to my financial situation. If she's able to make something work, she will. I highly recommend these guys.

Final price was double what they originally quoted. It took 3 weeks and a direct call to get a response after sending my drive in for diagnostics. They also required a $200 non-refundable deposit just to look at the drive. They drew me away from the first company that inspected my drive with a much lower quoted price range but ended up being $400 more expensive.

The experience with Salvage Data was outstanding. I wasn't really sure whether all the data that was deleted in my thumb drive would be recovered! Alex assured me that they will try their best to recover everything that had been deleted. After several days I got a call from then and it was so pleasing when I heard that EVERYTHING had been recovered!

I couldn’t thank Salvage Data enough for what they did. First the turnaround was really FAST! Second the representative kept me updated all through the process and later sent me a message when my thumb drive was ready for collection. Third all my data was 100% recovered. What else could I possibly say more, nothing, but I recommend Salvage Data for any type of data recovery.

It was indeed very painful when my IT guy that I usually go to when I have problems with my gadgets told me that it’s going to need real data recovery experts to recover my 3TB lifetime worth photography work. For a moment I thought it was all over and cursed myself why I had not thought of creating a backup, he later referred me to Salvage Data as he has used them more often. Guys, I can’t express what I felt when Alex called to inform me that all my data had been recovered, I literally had tears of joy! Life savers!

Thanks Salvage Data, that was a fast recovery there. I am happy that I got all my data back safe and secure via DHL. Cheers!

They provided the fastest turn around that I could hope for with my data recovery for my RAID 4 recovery. I am glad I choose them as my preferred data recovery company

I brought my drive here and it only took the 4 business days to recover all my data. Their charges were reasonable and I highly appreciate their recovery efforts
