I won't be certain until I receive the data and have a chance to open various files, but assuming that goes well, the only reason for my deducting one star is that the process took a lot longer than anticipated.

Data deemed unrecoverable but I figured as much up front and only had to pay $40 to confirm for two 1TB SSDs and two-way shipping. Foolishly hard formatted one SSD and installed Win 11 over the other, all my own fault, Joseph stated up front they might well be unrecoverable but to me it was worth $40 to try. Joseph was great to talk to and work with, good communications on phone and online. Despite non-recoverable data, will recommend their services.

I really did not like the way Salvage Data's customer care took long before getting in touch regarding my hard drive's data recovery but I am HAPPY when they called to tell me that my data was 100% recovered. The 1 star not given is for slow communication

We did not get on well with the customer representative at first. Got hold of another rep and he really was happy to help me out with my data recovery. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

They do not come cheap at all as compared to other competitors but glad they recovered my data

I sent my hard drive to them for data recovery and it took longer than I thought but at least they recovered all my data. If they would hasten the process then the 5 star would be given but still thanks so much.

They did a great job even though not all my data was recovered but still yet, good job all together.
