This was my 2nd flippie (phone) that fell and got busted up. I sent it once again to Justin and he got all my pics, songs and voicemails off the phone. He does excellent work, its fast and he's accurate. Thank you again Justin for helping me out and for working with my budget.

Everything was absolutely great working with SalvageData. Speed of recovery, shipping, working with their team - all great. My drive was fully recovered (however that's a case by case scenario). The only hiccup was transparency of pricing. I was told one number but it ended up being double that due to the raid configuration of my drive. Just know if you have a raid 5 or 6 it's going to be double the price because it's double the recovery.

Salvage Data was able to successfully recover data from our broken hard drive, and they provided excellent customer service. Jimmy was also very helpful.

They were very professional. I expected it would take a week or so for them to get back to me after I submitted my hard drive for data recovery. They responded within 2 days. They told me it could take 2 - 5 weeks to recover my data. I recieved it in 5 days. I thought the data might be messed up, or unable to access it. Everything was accessible as if nothing had changed. Excellent service, and very professional.

I tried cheap data recovery software and ended up with corrupted, unreadable files. Total waste of time. Then I sent the drive to SalvageData. In under a week they delivered over 90% of original data, fully intact. Proof that real experts matter!

THIS AGENCY IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! WHEN MY DAUGHTER LOST ALL OF HER PHOTOS FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT AFTER SHOOTING PICS OF HER TRIP TO NEW ORLEANS FOR A SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED BY BELMONT UNIVERSITY - IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING. PHOTOS OF PEOPLE THAT HAD PASSED AWAY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. I FOUND THESE GUYS ON THUMBTACK - AFTER SHE HAD GONE TO DATA RECOVERY BUSINESSES IN NASHVILLE AND CHATTANOOGA TN. NO LUCK - I CALLED AND CHASE WORKED WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY RECOVERED WHAT ALL THE OTHERS SAID WAS LOST. THEY ARE AMAZING - AND NOW SHE CAN PRESENT HER WORK TO BELMONT UNIVERSITY. I WAS AFRAID TO TRUST SENDING HER HARD DRIVE OFF BUT I AM SOOOOOOOO GLAD I DID - AFTER 4 WEEKS - 90% OF HER WORK WAS RECOVERED AND SHE GETS A NEW HARD DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WALK RUN TO SALVAGE DATA - ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AND THIS IS GREAT RESOURCE FOR PHOTOGRAPERS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS AND OTHERS THAT HAVE THOUSANDS OF IMAGES. THANK YOU CHASE AND SALVAGE DATA -- YOU SAVED US!
