Salvage did everything they advertised. They pulled my data from a failed hard drive and sent it to me. The only downside here was that it was extremely expensive in my opinion. $1500 was more that I paid for my replacement computer.

Chris was unable to recover my sd card from my samsung phone due to the type of card it was. However, he did his best; not his fault equipment doesn't support Samsung sd cards which he was deeply sorry he couldn't. When I requested my card back he was an excellent customer service agent and he took care of cost of shipping my sd card back to me which I should receive by Thursday this week. Thank you Chris keep up the good work.

I didn’t take a service of this company due to two reasons. 1-extremely expensive quote, 2-poor communication. Alex did not respond timely. It seems that good reviews are fake. They made me ship my SSD for a free estimate, then made me pay $40 to get it back with no service. Be ready to be charged for no service once you start to ask for ‘free’ quote.
