I had a order that I had 3 issue with. The first issue was the batfish didn't pass inspection, I had a chat with customer service and she was very sweet, she change the order to a naso tang. Then I notice the order didn't ship, I message them again and they said that they it was an error and they forgot to ship it. She was nice enough to give me the smallest snails I have ever seen. Then I don't live in a rural area I paid for the guarantee that it would be there by 1030 didn't happen. Then when the package FINALLY ARRIVE,one fish was already dead the other was on it way out and They gave me credit and when I tried to reorder I spent 149.. but the said I couldn't get a freebie because I'm using store credit..the fish died. I should be able to use the credit just like if it was money. But no they said I can't, I need to put another 79 dollars in the cart.Oh and I would have to pay another 20 some thing dollars in shipping on top of it so that takes up most of the credit right there . I will never purchase from this place again. This is ridiculous, they policy are so shady. Bad business and Mary told me she the manager so I can't get nothing but a torch( little frag) for all my troubles.. how cute. Never again.
